Sacred and Profane (group Show)

London, UK
2025
Group show at Halcyon Gallery, with artworks that transforms perceptions of faith, culture, and society.

Dominic Harris is featured in a new group exhibition that explores how artists reimagine religious iconography and deeply rooted art historical themes by addressing contemporary phenomena. The exhibition invites viewers to reflect on the role of spirituality in today’s world. By recalling ancient symbols and narratives, the artwork transforms perceptions of faith, culture, and society.

Among the highlights of the exhibition are Dominic Harris’s latest works, Captive Grace and Elements, displayed alongside his acclaimed Diorama of the Divine and the immersive Blue Visions of an Iridescent Soul. Captive Gracepresents a striking meditation on control and beauty, where a pristine white rose dissolves upon observation, only to reform in an endless cycle, evoking themes of admiration, fragility, and rebirth. In Elements, Harris expands his digital exploration of nature’s fundamental forces, translating wind, fire, water, and earth into mesmerizing interactive compositions. Diorama of the Divine offers a reimagining of classical mythology and spiritual figures, while Blue Visions of an Iridescent Soul envelops viewers in a luminous, immersive space that responds dynamically to movement, blurring the lines between the tangible and the transcendental. Together, these works challenge the boundaries of digital artistry and invite a deeper contemplation of the spiritual and the sublime.
